Positek House Leveling L.L.C. offers foundation leveling and repairs for pier and beam houses. Our company was originally established in 1994. In 2005, Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Rita hit Louisiana and we saw the need for homes to be leveled. We began as a Father/Son company with John Lounsberry and his son Mike Lounsberry. Today, our company consists of Mike Lounsberry, his wife Pam and two of their sons, Seth and Micah.
Our quality work speaks for itself and our affordable pricing will often come as a pleasant surprise. Our “one on one” service helps us to more easily keep a good channel of communication open between our customers and ourselves. We level and raise houses that are on piers as well as mobile homes.

Meet the Crew:
- Mike is behind the scenes now working from home. He has been with us from the beginning. Even though he is still involved with the business at home, he enjoys working outside on the tractor or in the garden.
- Pam comes on every job and tirelessly makes sure the workers have what they need. She has been going on jobs for several years now and keeps the boys in line.
- Seth is who you call for an estimate and he is the one usually giving the estimate. He has had over ten years of experience and is very informative.
- Micah is new to the business and works hard alongside Seth and Pam diligently. He is young but an excellent addition to the business!
