“We would highly recommend Seth to anyone considering any type of leveling work to their house, especially an old house like ours. The work that he did on our 80-year old, 4,000 sq. foot, two-story house involved leveling the whole house and then installing an engineered header, support beam, and two support columns to bring the second floor into level. Seth did the troubleshooting and the design. The outcome far exceeded our expectations. His quality of workmanship and attention to detail is excellent. Seth was very accommodating and did what was needed. His professional attitude and experience made it a pleasure to work with him. Without hesitation, we would use Positek again.
